No Report on Geofences

From the track of unit movements, I can see that the unit visited geofences. However, in the report on geofences there is no such information.

Possible solutions:

Enable/select necessary geofences in table properties of the report template – see Geofences.

If you cannot find necessary geofences listed in the report template, it means that the report template and those geofences belong to different resources. To solve this problem, you can use the import/export tool to transfer necessary geofences to the corresponding resource.
